BBQ Tandoori Kebabs
BBQ Tandoori Kebabs, with either Chicken or Halloumi/Broccoli and a hint of spice
Ingredients

- Red Pepper
- Red Onion
- Finely diced chillies
- Yoghurt
- Mild Tandoori Powder, about a teaspoon per tablespoon of Yoghurt
Meat Option
- Chicken Breast
Veg Option
- Haloumi
- Broccoli, yep you heard it here...
Cooking

Mix the yoghurt and spices well, add a small amount of chilli or more if you want extra heat.
Make sure you soak the sticks if using wood skewers.
Put together with a piece of Pepper at the base, then alternate Fillings with Red Onion and Pepper.
Cook over a hot BBQ until you have a nice crispy edge on the chicken, or you can push a knife into the Broccoli.Scoff with an ice cold beer!
