Producing an array of Garlic flavored products they've been operating for over 30 years and are the UK's largest specialist grower of a firm favorite for our cooking.
They now have places to stay on site, a restaurant, as well as a selection of produce on their website.
Keep an eye out for the annual garlic festival!

Another fine producer, offering local restaurants year round tomatoes. They also have a wide selection of sauces and condiments, with an online shop, and products in plenty of local shops around the Island.
One of our go to sauces is the Shakshuka, a vegetarian dish that you pop a couple of fried eggs on.

As you've probably guessed, pretty much everything can be bought locally, and cheese is no different!
One of the most recognised recipes is the Isle of Wight Gallybagger, a colloquial Island name for a scarecrow. It's a hard cheese, so look out for it in restaurants as they don't make a huge amount of it!
